By placing an order on www.rumpelfable.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please be sure to contact us before placing your order.

Payment

Currently, we only accept Paypal for the payment gateway. We will try to incorporate credit card and other ways in the future. 

Returns and exchanges

If you receive your order and feel like the size isn't right for you, you can return them. We will send your first exchange parcel free of charge. Please note, however, that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item. Please don't hesitate to contact me and ask questions to make the right choice!

You can refund an item if there is a problem with the goods you bought. This store only fixes issues such as if the goods are faulty. For example, the article has a defect, does not do what it’s usually supposed to, is unacceptable in appearance or finish. However, you are not entitled to return or refund an item when the item is used abnormally, or you have used the item for a very long time. 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. 

International orders are sent via Pos Indonesia.

There are two methods to ship your order: Registered post and EMS Indonesia.

Registered post is sent via sea and will take around 20 – 36 days, depending on your location. Tracking is provided for registered post.

EMS Indonesia will ship your order via air and they also provide tracking number. Shipping time varies depending on the country you live in:

Australia: 3-10 business days
Brazil: 5-6 business days
Canada: 3-9 business days
France: 4-8 business days
Germany: 4-8 business days
Italy: 4-10 business days
Japan: 3-9 business days
New Zealand: 3-8 business days
Philippines: 4-6 business days
Russia: 4-10 business days
Singapore: 2-3 business days
Spain: 4-10 business days
The Netherlands: 3-10 business days
United Kingdom: 4-10 business days
United States: 3-10 business days

EMS Indonesia requires the receiver's contact number and should be provided. The contact number is to avoid any miss delivery and missing parcels. It allows the local courier to contact you directly should any problems arrive with final delivery. Please submit your phone number in the phone number section. 

All items are made to order; we require a minimum of 1-3 business days for production before shipping can occur. We strive to produce and ship all items in the quickest possible manner, without infringing on quality.

Customs and Duty Tax for international customers

Some Customs Fees or Duty Taxes may apply to some customers.

– For customers living in the United Kingdom, please be aware that you might have to pay for custom fees because of the low value placed for delivery to enter the country.

– For Europe, the site will automatically include VAT tax rate.

– For costumers living in the United States, depending on which states you live in the government will charge you extra tax. This shop is using Shopify and will automatically calculate the tax.

– For customers living in Australia, since July 1, 2018, the Australian government has passed a new law that charges 10% GST for packages with a value less than or equal to AUD$1000. If you want less hassle with custom, you can purchase from our Etsy website where Etsy will automatically charge 10% GST.

Rumpel Fable does not have any control or influence on any customs duties or import tax charged when your order reaches its destination country. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer placing the order.

What if my order never arrives?

Undelivered goods will be sent back to us if you choose to ship with EMS. Sometimes this happens where you aren't home or never pick up your delivery from the post office. If that happens, we will contact you whether you want it to be sent to you again. However, you have to pay your second shipping fee.

If you chose to ship with registered mail and your item is missing. Contact me and I will try my best to find it for you. If it's still has not arrive after 45 days since we ship your item, we will refund you.

Should any issues be encountered, please feel free to contact us. We attempt to respond to all messages within 24 hours. We're here to help every step of the delivery journey.
